Hi I'm Maureen and I rejoined Sparks on 9/14/10 after putting on 30 lbs within 2 years. Yikes!

6/16/11 ~ It's unbelievable what Sparks has done for me. I completely stopped running in 2000 and within 10 days of rejoining Sparks I was running again. And I'm not just running anymore, I'm training for Catalina's Marathon Nov 2011 and if all goes well Catalina's 50 miler Jan 2012!

12/30/13 - Well, I've had a few marathons under my belt, and even completed 44 miles of Catalina's 50. :) I've toyed with clean eating, and daily yoga/meditation sessions since joining Sparks. My problem has been that I've never successfully incorporated all 3, exercise, clean eating, and meditation, in at the same time. Hoping to change all that in 2014.

I've been more low ley lately. I did a couple of rounds with BTS. Not sure if I'll stay there long, probably at least one more go around then I *may* blc again, I don't know!
