Better Example In The Making!!

I am trying to lose 50 pounds in order to:
1. Prevent excess wear and tear on my knees and hips when I run.
2. Be able to consistently run 5 and 10k races w/my nephews.
3. Set a better example for my family members who are also overweight.
4. Set a better example for my patients (I am a Physical Therapist)
