I want to lose 50 pounds and be and feel healthy again.
I know counting calories works for me so I want to do that. September has always meant Happy New Year for me so this is a great time to begin. I wear a pedometer every day and try to get in at least 12,000 steps.
I'm a 47 year old devoted Christian woman, married to a wonderful man (my best friend) since April of 2011.
