Professionally I manage software projects (what else to manage in Bangalore!!). I love nature and animals, in fact my dream job would be anything to do with wildlife conservation - pay will not matter!! I love books too, character I like most is John Corey (Nelson DeMille's books), go figure!!

Joined SP to get guidance and support on making a healthy lifestyle change - the results have been awesome so far. Trying to get toned and I am almost there except for the pesky abdominal fat:( Also trying to quit smoking; no, that's not true - *have* to try to quit smoking to achieve my goal.
I would love to have many spark buddies!!

My goal is to get toned, lead a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly quit smoking altogether (currently on a pack/day)
My Program:
Exercising at least 78 hours a week - both cardio and strength.
Still thinking about quitting smoking!!
