I am a stay at home mom, but I really don't stay at home... two kids, a husband and a yard full of chickens. I have PCOS, an emotinal eater and I am in love with bakery items. :) My goal is to improve my overall health by reducing my AC-1, and increasing exercise time, which will hopefully also create weight loss.

ok it will help u run 5k by the end of 8 weeks .It is a slow process of building ur level to run for 5k on the last day of 8 weeks.Love the program I am on the 8th week and will run on this sunday but I am feeling good about it.Even though I can only do it for 4k but feels nice .I have taken a slow pace and more time but I am sticking with it that is what I love about it try it here is the link.
