Whatever Your 100% Looks Like...Give It.

I am turning 47 in 22 days and I have a goal to reach...to be as healthy and fit as I was 25 years ago. I don't live with false beliefs that I can get there in 22 days, but I am putting 110% of my effort into making each and every one of those 22 days count towards something phenomenal.
