* Make exercise a healthy habit and not feel like a chore * Eat 5 fruits/veggies a day * Increase my self-esteem and be proud of myself * Be happier and smile/laugh daily * Lose weight so that my thighs stop rubbing against each other * Improve my cardio so that I do not get so winded when walking up 2 floors
1. Exercise at least 20 mins, 3x / week 2. Change my eating habits into healthier ones

Here's to looking in the mirror or jumping on the scale Seeing no changes BUT Putting on your Nike's & hitting the gym anyways. Here's to carrots & shin splints & sweatshirts & perseverance & sore muscles & stinky socks & 7am Yoga class &falling down & getting back up.
