Hi,

I live in Vancouver with my fiance (my 12 yr old step daughter comes every other weekend). I work full time in finance and operations. My exercise is riding (5 times a week), lots of walking and then the gym when I can get there!

My goal is to get strong and lean for the equestrian sport of dressage. I am 5'5", and 125 lbs, but would prefer 120 because I need the lean/long core. ...5 more lbs to go!!
