Me in January of 2010. I picked this one because I feel like you can really see the weight in my face and my little belly sticking out :) As close to a "before" photo as I could find. I didn't allow myself to be photographed much at that point in time.

Getting Motivated!!!

I've been maintaining my weight within a 4-5 lb. range since January, with a pretty irregular workout schedule, so that's something I'm proud of! Now I want to get on the bandwagon again and start toning up and getting some good cardio. I need some motivation!!!

I have a hard time not loading up on carbs when it's cold, and I think I need to break myself of my sweet tooth. That's what gets me into trouble. I like vegetables, I just need to make myself eat them more often. And as ...

I like vegetables, I just need to make myself eat them more often. And as much as I love fruit, I need to take a break from that too, to help with my sugar addiction. I am also working with the challenge of eating gluten-free and so when I don't have something ready to eat when I'm hungry, I fall back on things like potato chips, and I want to move away from that.

I've lost enought that I'm no longer afraid to get on my scale! Yay! And I fit into those jeans I bought last year to work into. Yes!

Sorry to hear you were sick! We had fun at Bear Lake - we got to go on a hike and made your dad's knee swell up really nice. emoticon We ate a ton of good food. I sure hope I can see you again soon! Hope you are keeping up the good work!
