Motivation + Accountability = Success

I will had my two year Sparkiversary in June 2014. At the same time I was having problems with my left foot. This turned into a 6 month ordeal that ended with serious foot surgery on November 3. I am putting weight on my foot again (still using crutches). I was able to wear two tennis shoes on December 31st, five months after being put in a boot the first time! I found Spark People in June 2012 and started eating better, but didn''t really start my workout plan until September. I had lofty goals of turning my 16 pound loss into a 20 pound loss by September of 2013... I''ve continued to keep the weight off, but due to my foot problems and surgery I''ve gained it all back. I''d like to attempt a mostly Paleo diet, but I know I''ll have to ease into it. Maybe start with trying to eat more veggies and protein and less crabs.

My Goals:
Get in Shape!
I don't necessarily need to count the pounds but I want my clothes from the last few years to fit again!

Overall goals:
Interval train at least twice per week. Some form of exercize every day!

My Program:
I'm eating better-which includes no snacking after dinner/before bed.

At least 6 glasses of water every other day, 4 glasses on the off days (until my bladder gets used to the excess liquid). Then I'll work up to the necessary eight glasses, which I do reach from time to time.

Exercising a bit every day! When my foot heals I will do intervals (Couch to 5K program) two-three days a week and some strength training/yoga via my Wii Fit at least twice a week.

Personal Information:
Originally from a small town in Wisconsin. Now I live in Milwaukee and love it!
