*do at least some kind of excercise for 30 minutes every day *try to eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks(I'm a "picker"-"grazer" right now and don't eat meals like I should) *re-evaluate my weight goal

Hey MMAZZIE! I hope you had a happy Oct. Mine was great! Very busy, but good. I was doing a great job of losing in July, Aug, and Sept, but Oct. was just maintaining. On one hand, I'm happy to know that I can be a traveling fool, eat what I want, exercise sporadically, and STILL maintain. I hope things are going well with you.
