*115+ POUNDS LOST!*
*****~~~UPDATE!!!!~~~*****4/10/2013 As of today I am 11 WEEKS PREGNANT! :) Pre-pregnancy I was in recovery for what turned into something of an eating disorder. I had gotten down to 117 at 5 foot 6. I then got up to a healthy weight of 140. My BMI is 22 now. :) It used to be over 41, and then it was under 19!!! I've now leveled out :) and NOWWW that I've found out we are expecting a little bundle of joy :)), I have been still counting calories based on babyfit and I've only gained ...

I've now leveled out :) and NOWWW that I've found out we are expecting a little bundle of joy :)), I have been still counting calories based on babyfit and I've only gained 1-2 pounds so far in my first trimester. I just plan on staying healthy myself so that I give birth to a healthy baby in return!! :) Hi :) I'm Meaghan. I've lost a total of 140 lbs. I went from 257 to 117, but I've evened out at 5 foot 6 maintaining 135-140. People ask me how I do it, and to be honest, all I do is count calories! I still eat the foods I love, I just keep track of the calories. It's all about balance for me. People UNDERestimate how many calories you can eat and lose/maintain weight! To lose weight, I ate about 1550-1700 calories per day. To maintain 135-140, I consume 2600 calories per day. (I normally have a semi-active lifestyle.)
