Hi all, welcome to my page. I'm Michelle and I have been on Sparkpeople for two years. So far I have not lost much weight but I do feel a huge difference in myself. I have much more energy, all my numbers are good and I feel better about myself overall. Sparkpeople is a wonderful site helping me to meet lots of encouraging friends and learn how to be healthy.

My Goals:
1. Lose 50 lbs.
2. Eat 4-5 fruits/veggies per day
3. Exercise every day.
4. Stay within my calorie range
5. See food as fuel

My Program:
1. Walk on the treadmill 60 minutes 6 days a week.
2. Lift weights 3 times a week.
3. Ride my bike 3 times a week.
4. Be as active as possible.

Personal Information:
I am a wife of 26 years and a mom to 3 wonderful young adults, ages 23, 20 and 18. I have spent the last 12 years homeschooling and am finally finished. I am a christian with a strong faith and love for the Lord.

Other Information:
I love to read, read and read some more! I enjoy cross stitching, crocheting, Bible study, camping, watching movies, homeschooling, eating out, and spending time with my family.
