Hanging on by a Thread, But Hanging

Been fighting fibro, very low energy and lack of motivation when it comes to making healthier choices. Feel really stuck in a rut and know I'm still not mentally where I need to be to be successful and not sure how to do it until I find more energy. Many days, just sitting at my computer instead of going back to bed is a major victory.

I'm sticking with the Cloverleafs in the 5% Weight Loss Challenge, mainly because several of them continue to stick by me in spite of my barely hanging in there with the team. When things come together (they have to at some point if I don't give up) at least I'll be in a place where I'll receive accountability and support.

In the meantime, I guess I need to look for baby steps I can do. To stop the weight gain and maintain at least. To come away at the end of the 8 weeks a bit stronger and healthier than I started it. That's all I can commit to right now. That and checking in to record weight and challenge points.

My Goals:

Live in Minnesota with my purring furball. Enjoy amateur photography, playing slow paced computer games including jigsaw puzzles, occasionally reading Christian fiction and mysteries, and sewing crafts.
