Stay DEDICATED

In 2013, weighing in at well over 200lbs, I had enough. A BMI check revealed that I had hit obesity and I wasn't going to continue down that road.

I lost over 45lbs in half a year, and weighing in at 165lbs during the summer of 2013 I was back where I needed to be.

I eventually lost my focus on maintaining that weight, and in January of 2016 I picked myself up again, Currently weighing in at 186lbs as I'm writing this in April of 2016. I'm hoping to reach my 170lbs ...

So why is my current goal higher than my goal in 2013? I'm working on building muscle as well as losing weight now, muscle has weight to it, so I'm looking to be fit at 170 or higher, it's all about burning body fat, not so much about hitting an exact weight this time around..

My Goals:
My goal is to hit 170lbs and to have low body fat at that weight.

As I'm looking to build muscle, I'm not extremely focused on hitting 170, as long as I take away the excess body fat I'm happy.


My Program:
*Drink plenty of water!
*4+ days of cardio training
*1+ days of strength training
