I love anything suspenseful (books, movies, etc.). My favorite tv show is Supernatural, and I am an exercise junkie!! I really like doing challenging workouts, Beach Body has lots of them. my favorite is Turbo Fire!

Thanks for your comment on my page. I do try to keep my workouts interesting. If something gets too easy or I get bored, I move on to something else.

I see you are on the Les Mills Team. Our gym recently switched from Les Mills to another exercise program. I really miss CXWorx and Body Attack. Most of the other workouts are as good as the Les Mills version, but the core class isn't as good as CXWorx and there is nothing like Body Attack.
