I love anything suspenseful (books, movies, etc.). My favorite tv show is Supernatural, and I am an exercise junkie!! I really like doing challenging workouts, Beach Body has lots of them. my favorite is Turbo Fire!

No worries at all! I'm sorry to hear your mother was sick. I hope she is doing better now.

I'm not following the rotation for 21 Day Fix Extreme. I might just add the workouts in here and there. So far I've only do the Yoga Fix Extreme one. I liked it well enough considering yoga is not my favourite thing to do. lol

My bootcamp is finishing tomorrow but I am going to continue with the workouts and repeat them for the next four weeks or so (3 cardio/strength circuit workouts each week) until the next one starts up in May. I've seen really great results with those workouts so want to continue with it. It's only those workouts 3x a week and you add in your own cardio on the other days. Turbo Fire has been great to include with it so I may stick with it. I might add some PiYo in there too and perhaps the occasional 21 Day Fix Extreme one.

Hi Maureen sorry about your mom being sick....glad she is doing better emoticon Every thing is going...GREAT!! lol thanks...today I did a super fun workout I found on you tube it was a Les Mills Pump workout...Mix 82 and boy did that workout have great music...well lol music I really enjoy emoticon I hope all is well with you and your mom.
