Hi! My name's Morgan :D. I'm a Masters student in the DC area, originally from Los Angeles. My ultimate goal is not how much weight I l lose, but how healthy I become.

I have never been a yo-yo dieter, more just never truly learned how to eat or get myself into an exercise regime that I loved. I was a varsity swimmer, but never at a healthy weight. My dad has been rather sick for eight years and running and it hit me that I simply don't want to become that ill and being healthy is one way to stave that off. My highest weight (I think as I was too afraid to weigh in) was 220. Way too much for a short person, even if built like a linebacker.
Ultimately, I'm making my life better by going back to school, trying out a new place away from bad influences, finding peace within myself, and now it is time to work on my body - not to be skinny, but to be healthy and feel good about myself.
I love having curves and I fully intend to keep those in business ;).
My Goals:
*Workout for over 300 minutes a week (a little more than 45 minutes, 6 days a week)
*Stay within range 6 out of 7 days, with the "off" day not being obnoxious
*Drink more than 10 glasses of water per day
My Program:
My program is to eat healthy (between 1,200 and 1,450 calories a day) and to exercise for at least 45 minutes a day, with one rest day a week. Strength train three days (plus a lil cardio) and the other three all cardio.

Ha! I didn't work out yesterday I got home and was starving (and so was the hubby) so we made dinner and ate and then he was still hungry so we drove around and got him some food. And then I basically forgot to workout. I have been really bad lately. I need to do it right when I get home or I won't at all! Tonight, the hubby has wrestling practice so he can't distract me! I'll make up for yesterday! ~Ang
