My dreams of being a nurse has been crushed so now it is just for me to get healthy and fit again to find a job. Also love to travel and would really like to be able to enjoy myself on any trips my husband and I would take. Having problem's staying motivated to lose the excess weight that I have put on over the years. Finding it difficult to stay focus on my goals and finding all the time in a day to get everything in. So tired of losing and gaining the same pounds over and over again. I'm determined to make this year the best I can and lose this weight and keep it off.

My Goals:
To lose enough weight that I have enough energy and feel healthy so I can function without being tired all the time.
Have more control and be accountable for my actions.
Stay Motivated, don't get discouraged.

My Program:
Watch what I eat, portion control.
Stop drinking pop again, drink more water.
Make sure I have healthy snacks with me where ever I go so temptation won't win out.
Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
Track all food and exercise daily.

Personal Information:
I live in a rural community in Michigan that doesn't offer much along the lines of exercise outside unless the weather is good.

Other Information:
Really need the extra support of people, cause I don't always have the motivation to do it. Love to travel, bake, read, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Make sure to get a workout in the weekend and eat healthy. Don't destroy all your hard work this weekend. Of course do take time to rest too! GO NEON NINJAS!!!! emoticon

Jean,
"So, here's to us.
Here's to ordering a salad when we want a burger.
To making an ass out of ourselves in cardio hip-hop class.
To drinking more water than seems humanly possible.
To going 5 more minutes on the elliptical.
To working twice as much as your skinny roommate.
To saying "screw you" to the old you.
To following in love with the you who you really are,
the you that you want to become.
To looking in the mirror and not seeing any change,
throwing on your running shoes, and working out anyway.
To looking in the mirror and seeing major change.
Here's to carrots, shin splints, and sweaty t-shirts,
and perseverance, and all things fat-free,
and sore muscles, and stinky socks, and 7 a.m.,
and spin classes, and falling down,
and getting back up, and bottled water.
Here's to us for getting up everyday
and doing it all over again.
Here's to us."
