    If you are pressed for time, a good way to get it done is to go to the Random.Org Dice Roller from the Link in the Challenge. Roll the dice 20 times for Fitness and 20 times for Nutrition.

    Write the dice numbers down, or add them to a word document, or in the challenge post you start.

    Then follow the board and add each task you land on, to the list.

    For each one you finish, mark it off with an emoticon, this way you know how to plan and fit it all in by Tuesday night.

    Some tasks take a little time, so don’t leave it to the last minute.
