My Goals:
My goal is to loose 5 lb. a month so I can be at my best weight & fitness level by May 2014. I want to give & get encouragement from Spark People.

My Program:
I am counting my carbohydrates, nutrients, water, adding fresh greens and more meats and fish. I have a Nordic Track skier and want to use it 4 days a week for 20 minutes each day.

Hi,
I was just looking at the picture of the mermaid statue and I was wondering what ocean? or sea? it is in front of?
Thanks for sending the link to the Turtles team. I don't know if I will try to open that up again or not. I am on too many teams now and want to get out of some of them but I don't like to be a quitter.
