Gym Lab Rat

I wear a lot of hats--mom, professor, department chair, Sunday School teacher. I need to find more time for my running hat and the "myself" hat! I've got the infamous 10 lbs to lose, and I've been heading the wrong direction. So it's time to get back to tracking what I eat and exercising more.

My Goals:
I'd like to lose at least lbs and run the Indianapolis MiniMarathon in May.

My Program:
Running 3x per week (one day speed intervals, one day 5K pace, one day long); lifting weights 2 or 3x per week

I'm also getting back on the BFL eating prgram and eliminating the 5 C's from my diet (chips, cake, cookies, candy, cola)

Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in Indiana.

I read your old blog about two dieters tale and understand how feel. I exercise two hours a day yet I haven't lost any wt. Time to eat less and move less?!?

Hi- I have &, ^ AND 3 YR OLD AND ALSO WEAR MANY HATS....HOPE WE CAN CHEER EACH OTHER ON!! i REALLY WANT TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT AND GET IN A BETTER LIFE STYLE!!
