My Goals:
Drink the water! 8 glasses a day!
Eat 5 fruits and veggies!
Do at least 5 cardios a week or 90 minutes.
Eat healthy, high fiber carbs!

Keep concentrating on the positive!

Making the streaks happen!!!

My Program:
So many of my Spark friends have really inspired me! I know that 2010 was great for achieving cardio routines and really incorporating good food. Now I need to step it up!
Step 1 - Log in food daily and drink the water!!!!
Step 2 - Stick to the cardio
Step 3 - Feel the burn and do the strength!
Jan 163 - 164 current weight

As I revise this 3/23/2013 I know that I need to refocus. Current weight 175.
Goals - April log on daily and start the streak 171
May - drink the water and keep the log on streak 167
June - 163 as I was in Jan 2011
July - walk with friends to chat 161
Auguast - Take stock in this plan and re-eval mistakes and achievements

What kind of PT are you doing? I have so many different exercises that change each time and some stay the same but they are helping get my mobility back. Water aerobics has really helped a lot, too. But they keep the water around 82 degrees...way too cold to suit me, lol. Give me hot tub water and I'd be happy~

Thanks so much for your sweet comment! My first 'half day' back was actually 7 hours...we had a teacher's meeting after noon dismissal and I finally left at 2:00 with it still going strong. I am worn out and will take a nap!
