Getting healthy for my family

Tried many diets and failed at them all. Been a member of Sparkpeople since March 2008. Got pregnant in May 2008 and lost that baby in July 2008. In October 2008 I got pregnant again. In 2008, I lost 19 pounds which is the most for me on any program that I've tried.
I am getting serious about working out again so that I can get pregant again. I took a little bit of time off over the summer, but am back on track and really starting to see some results!

I have been really trying to get my workout plan in order so that I can lose the weight that I want to be healthy. I have become mover involved on the teams on here so that I can be accountable and help others along their journey.

I have had a strange January and was only able to get onto the treadmill 3 times, sigh. I mainly walked, but last two time put in a few two minute runs and all felt great. Looking forward to getting back to it. I need to run about 15 minutes on it before I venture outside to make sure the pain doesn't come back. PT said it was a tight hamstring, so stretches!
