Time to start again!

So..... I am a work in progress. Apparently making the same mistakes repeatedly does not guarantee you learn from them.
I have returned to doing what I always do, eating when I am stressed or unhappy. At least I know what I need to work on. : )
The weight has been creeping back up and it is time to hit the brakes on THAT train and hop back on the healthy living train!

Hmmmm from nutritional disaster to not having heard from you in six days. I sure hope you are on vacation! I miss you!

I made a discovery with the French vanilla Lean 25. If you mix one scoop into 8 oz of nonfat greek yogurt...I like the Kirkland brand best....it tastes like cheesecake and is great for dipping fruit in.

Ok...I will give you that it is colder where you were at. But with the wind chill it hit a high of about 12 in Seattle, and a lot of people braved those temperatures for more than 8 hours by the time the parade was done. Lots of people spent over night saving there spot! I was happy to watch it streamed lived from my warm office! :)

I had those dead bugs again...wow those are hard! It is funny every time I have squats and lunges something similar happens to me...love the quiver, quiver, quiver! If you have to do jury duty...I do hope it's an interesting case!!! Keep up the great work on your 12 week challenge!

I just ordered the Chris Powell book. And think I'm gong to stop the Omni at the 3 week short session and go with that plan. Which program are you following of his? Is it basically a low carb plan during the week and then the carb loading on Saturday/Sunday?
