I have been struggling for a while to get enough intake but for the last week I haven't been too bad so we will see how the scale goes on Saturday. It is true if you are building muscle you won't see the numbers move on the scale but eventually that muscle will burn the fat and then the numbers will start going down. My range is 1200-1550 I try to stay at the lower level but am usually just happy if I get in range at all. 1394 days ago
