Hi, I am a mom of two very active boys, whom I love them dearly and unconditionally. I have come to the realization that I need to lose weight not only for myself but for them. I want to be able to go to the park and run around with them and not get tired and exhausted. I want to grow old and see them grow up and have kids of their own.

I live in the little town I grew up in, Pine Grove, PA. I currently work and go to nursing school in lebanon. I am very busy with life, but need to make a priority of putting me into this equation.

it might be differant now it was years ago when i was a member it was you had to attend one meeting a week it didnīt have to be the meeting you signed up with so even on holiday you had no excuses as weight wathes are every where.you were allowed two free weeks for holidays etc 50 weeks of the year you had to pay no matter what.there should be a local number you can ring to ask how long the contract is for etc or ask on one of thw ww teams here as there are actually oing the presant weight watches.if you do go hope it works.can be no harm in trying it out.

About BeFit in 90, each workout it 35 minutes (4 segments but on Youtube there's a playlist for everyday).

Aloha, I am an Azurita from Azure Destinations. I am so glad you have signed up for BLC21!

I have been in BLC for 11 of last 13 rounds. I am hypothyroid, so I have lots of trouble losing and keeping my weight off. I am 58, knocking on the 60s, and want to be able to be healthy enough to do all the traveling and adventuring I have wanted to when I retire.

I am here to emoticon you to BLC21 and be a help if you need any. Hope you meet lots of new firends along the way. This BLC is filled with persons from around the globe and porbably all 50 states. It is exciting to learn what people eat and how they exercise in different areas.
