At it again....

I feel like a fool even writing this. I get so desperate to lose weight, then I get excited because 'this time' I'm really going to stick to it, then get depressed because I fail. So here I am, at it again. Will it actually work this time...

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 80 pounds but mainly to become fit and active. I want to feel better about my self and not be embarassed about I look.

My Program:
I am tracking everything that goes into my mouth as well as any excercise I do. I am making an effort to drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
I am also putting an end to mindless snacking throughtout the day, but especially at night.

Personal Information:
I am from Western PA, 42 years old with 4 kids.
