I am a 42 year old mom to three girls. I want to loose some weight and most of all to stay healthy.

I signed up for the Winter 5% challenge in hope it gives me the push to get to the finish line of this weight loss journey. I am in the spireted underdog team for the 4th time (I thing that is the right number of times!!).

I will concentrate on:
* Workout 4-5 times pr week
* Menu of the week
* Participate in my 5% challenge team.
* blog 2-3 ...

Monday - rest day
Tuesday - Zumba
Wednesday - muscular workout
Thursday - Zumba
Friday - spinning
Saturday - dance fit
Sunday - spinning
