I am a 42 year old mom to three girls. I want to loose some weight and most of all to stay healthy.

I signed up for the Fall 5% challenge in hope it gives me the motivation to get back on the wagon!

I will concentrate on:
* Workout 4-5 times pr week
* Menu of the week
* Participate in my 5% challenge team.
* blog 2-3 times pr week

My workout schedule is:
Monday - rest day
Tuesday - Zumba
Wednesday - muscular ...
