here is Mo

here i am trying spark again,i need a lot of help with motivations,portion control,and selfesteem.i can tell everybody else what ,how and how much to eat,but when it comes to myself,i can not stick with it.i sure have good attention for my health sake,but why can i not do it .i must have a mental block some were.is there any body out there with the same problem?how do i overcome this problem?

My Goals:
i would like to lose 75 pounds,i feel very uncomftable when i move around,i need to learn self control and to believe in myself.

My Program:
i am trying to reduce my portions,try to drink the 8 glasses of water and try to listening to what we are getting told.

Personal Information:
my name is monika i am a christian,live with my husband and 2 little dogs in florida.my children are married and living up north.i would like to have a buddy,that understands and can help with the program.

Welcome to SP. It's a great site! Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature. Use your spark points page to help you use and learn all the fantastic tools we have at this site. Join some teams that share your interests. Visit others pages and get to know them better. Again, welcome to a great site.

Your going to do GREAT! The best advice that I can tell you is take advantage of all that SPARKS PEOPLE have to offer..
READ as much as you can.. and DRINK YOUR WATER!!
