A Healthier and Slimmer Me

I am 66 years old who has had a weight problem for over 25 years. I have lost and gained weight so often that i have decided this will be my last time. I am a night time eater and have a hard time trying to conquer this problem. I have decided that this will be my year to exercise, watch what I eat and finally drop my excess weight so I can feel better about myself.

I live in Ontario. I am a cook at a summer resort in the summer which i really enjoy. I like to read, do all kinds of crafts, make quilts, braid rugs and gardening.

"It is important to then make a conscious effort to transform your thoughts. It may be true that you often cannot overcome your food cravings or stick to your diet.

"However, if there are times when you are able to stand strong, then FOCUS ON THOSE MOMENTS AND CELEBRATE THE TRIUMPHS. Maybe you put less sugar in your coffee today and said no to a second slice of pizza.
