Give yourself credit and stop raging on yourself! Your ticker says, "pounds lost." You are losing! I know it's hard with PCOS, but once it starts going it will get easier. Your body will start to give it up easier. You can do it! I want to see positivity in you, girly! What you think effects your progress. Start thinking positive affirmations like: I accept myself today unconditionally just as I am. From every angle and at any weight, I am a beautiful person today, tomorrow, and always. I am worthy of health and love and wellness.
Hope you have a great time at the party today! When I'm going to splurge on pizza, I try to fill half of my plate with fruit/veggies and then keep to one slice. If I want another, I'll cut a slice in half.
I know it's hard. I have had to overcome medical issues and depression after miscarrying my quintuplets. But I am fighting back. I will claim back my body, mind and sanity 1 minute at a time. I know you can do it.
