My Declaration: I'm getting my body adventure-ready so that I can hike the Inca Trail, climb Mt. Rainier, backpack through Germany, make snow angels on an Antarctic glacier, scuba dive through shipwrecks and tons of other things that all start with getting strong. I'd like to focus on wholesome vegan eating, and to avoid as many GMO foods as possible. I would like to do this not only to have access to healthier foods, but to minimize my global impact.
