When I found my weight at almost 200 lbs I knew I needed to find something that would keep me accountable but yet fun to use, Thankfully I found Spark, I have lost 50 lbs of fat and gained 15 lbs back in muscle thanks to the motivation of self gratification.

My Goals:
To lose the extra lbs that I put on recently and try to maintain a healthy weight of 145-150 lbs

My Program:
Be more active, try to ride my Bike alot more, like I use to growing up, be More active with my son in Boy Scouts. Continue to take the stairs instead of elevators and always find an excuse for taking the long way around.

Other Information:
I am an avid reader, who loves SciFi, I enjoy a quite evening at home reading to the kids, and Would love to teach my kids the joy of bowling.

Thanks for adding me and for the words of encouragement. :) I do drink my water, and I know about the scale thing. I tend to forget it a lot though! It has only been less than a week, and I am already feeling better. *yay*
