My monthly minigoal is to lose 5 pounds.

I am learning to cook meals with increased nutritional value and decreased caloric value.

My Program:
My minigoal is to lose one pound.

My goal is to do one workout today and to watch what I eat for today following the '1 Meal 1 Workout' philosophy of only be concerned with your next meal. I find that approach takes the stress away of the long term nature of my weight loss goal.
