No Excuses

The summer of 2013 I successfully lost 20 pounds, with the help of SparkPeople. Then, as I feared, school started again and I fell off the wagon (or climbed on?). I only gained about 10 pounds back during the next 8 months. Summer of 2014 I was determined to make another dent...but then life got in the way.

Now, I weigh more than I have ever weighed before...and it's time to get back on the horse. I have "No Excuses" written on a post-it, stuck to my mirror. I have to make ...
