You can't "start over" if you don't quit!
Biggest Loser Lovely Limes! I am so proud to represent! I am tired of being fat and unhappy. Time to make changes that last and that will make me feel good physically AND emotionally! I have always been curvalicious, but now it's all out of proportion. More importantly though; my self esteem has taken a serious hit over the years. Fortunately it has not interfered with my professional accomplishments but it's a matter of time before this bleeds over into other areas ...
Fortunately it has not interfered with my professional accomplishments but it's a matter of time before this bleeds over into other areas of my life. I am my own worst enemy and now it's time to take my life back, get control and make what I want of it. It's MY time to shine baby!! I know I have a tendency of starting and stopping. But no more; you can't technically "start over" if you never quit if the first place.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 65 pounds which will put me back in the healthy BMI range. 10% increments help me to stay focused on a smaller goal which is more manageable. *189lbs by 7/17/13 *171lbs by 9/18/13 *154lbs by 11/17/13 *145lbs by 12/18/13 Short term goals help me to get to the medium and long term goals. These are the building blocks! *Drink 8 glasses of water to help flush toxins, keep full longer and the clear skin is a bonus! *Avoid processed foods as much as possible. *Track my food daily to help keep me accountable *Exercise daily week 1: 10m cardio, 1 Strength per week week2: 10m cardio, 2 strength per week week 3: 15m cardio, 2 strength per week week 4: 15m cardio, 3 strength per week
My Program:
We are working to become Paleo, as we are in the early stages we are not perfect but we are working hard at it and seeing results already. Paleo refers to Paleolithic (sometimes also referred to Primal and Caveman). That’s not to say we blindly go back 50,000 years without considerations of modern science. The “diet” is really a lifestyle which gets your body back to what it was evolved to thrive off of: non-‐processed, whole, real foods dense in nutrients. This means no grains, no dairy, no legumes, no sugar and no chemicals.
Personal Information:
I'm a married (13 years since we met in the US Navy) mother of two (both boys) who loves animals and taking pictures. I work as a Licensed Psychological Associate and have taken over our county's Drug Court program, it's a huge exciting endeavor for me. I LOVE life and am excited to be more comfortable in my skin and get my self esteem back!
Other Information:
We have a mini farm out in the country. To include 4 hens, 4 ducks, 3 Goats, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 red eared slider turtles and a parrot fish. I am also a veteran, served in the United States Navy right out of High School, man I was in the BEST shape of my life!
