Getting on track & winning back my figure
Went through an interesting couple of years when my weight plummeted and then - primarily due to a ridiculous daily commute - rose way beyond my tolerance level! Despite managing some damage to my back, I have now been off almost all medication since last summer. Had done well before Christmas but managed to gain 7lbs back which is not wanting to budge... but that could be due to hormonal shifts, so trying a new tack :o)

My Program:
most exercise was on hold as my back suddenly got worse again... but now been off most of my medication since the summer so working my way back, initially with strength training and now introducing more cardio

Michele, originally from Nottingham. Have lived in London and San Francisco, currently based in the West Midlands - not far from Birmingham
Other Information:
Horror queen in movies and to a lesser extent, books. Can devour books when on holiday but find it harder during normal work time (I tend to get too engrossed and then read way too late into the night!!). Lover of rock/alternative/indie music - worked with that genre of artist both here in the UK and in SF... Still go to gigs (on my own if necessary) and love a good festival
