Healthier lifestyle here I come...

I used to be an athletic tomboy, any sport you could name I would at least try. I lettered in Tennis, Soccer & Softball for my high school while I also play soccer for AYSO.

I am looking forward to being fit enough that I don't feel the limitations that I feel right now.

I was 279 pounds! I have since lost & kept off approximately 80 pounds by using the old weight watchers system & becoming more active.

My current goal is 175 hopefully to be reached before my wedding / honeymoon. At that weight I would like to see how balanced my life is and would possibly consider getting down to 150, just depends on the balance.

My Goals:
My initial goal of getting below 200 (haven't been below that since I had my daughter almost 16 years ago). Then my next goal would be 175, then possibly 150. But really I just want to feel healthier & not be limited because of the way my body is carrying this weight.

My Program:
I am doing the old weight watchers program. I have lost approx. 80 pounds on that system so I am sticking with it. I have started excercising 3-4 times a week & don't know how that part of the program works so I'm not giving myself any extra points, for now.
