I find that habits (starting good ones or stopping counterproductive ones) take two weeks to fix into place, though they get easier to follow after one week. Sometimes changing habits one at a time allows us to build upon our successes, and starting small will really get results in the end.
Remember to reward yourself for achieving your goals, with non-food rewards, and also reward yourself sometimes just for sticking to your plans! 1248 days ago
