My Goals:
I want to feel better about myself and have more energy. I miss being healthy.

My Program:
I'm starting by using the Sparkpeople menu as a general guide to ease me into healthy eating. I'm walking as much as I can each day and occasionally do a Pilates video.

Other Information:
I'm a mother, a Learning Coach, and soon to be college student. I want to get everything well ordered, health included, before school starts this fall. Then I want to be able to keep it up.
