    I messed up with my challenge! :( Didn't follow through last week. I'll have to start over. I'm going to do a 100-day challenge with a friend of mine starting on September 7th. I'm going to try to eat all vegan foods, no oil, no sugar, etc. And will try to exercise 6 days a week. I finally got out of the 220's today! I was stuck there for 3 long months. Hope you are well.

    Yes, I'm eating mostly fruits & veggies now, about 90% plant-based. I try to stay away from processed foods, but sometimes I'll have a spinach tortilla for a veggie wrap or a slice of toast. :) I love it! emoticon
