Finding Motivation

Hi everyone!

A co-worker of mine once said "Marleen can do anything as long as she wants to do it" and I want to prove him right once again.

As I am working on my inner self I am also trying to lose over 100lbs - a couple pounds at a time. Short term goal get back to 300lbs then we will go from there with the hopes of reaching the 200lb mark and a happier and healthier me.

Current Status:
MPRILL The UP24 has been great for logging steps and sleep but logging food is still my weakness.

Congrats on getting your Masters! That's great news!!!

Well, I can't seem to lose any of this weight, but I can tell that I lost a few inches! Today was day 6 in a row of exercising, Yippee!!! emoticon emoticon

Let's do it! 21 day detox! I am in! Gives me 2 more weeks to get back on track and then detox. Yeah! We can swap recipes and record what we eat. Now in the meantime... stay away from the goodies as much as possible. I had a stomach bug, but I am better now. But it was a rough week. So now my head is back in the game. Stay strong and don't work too hard! emoticon
