Finding Motivation

Hi everyone!

A co-worker of mine once said "Marleen can do anything as long as she wants to do it" and I want to prove him right once again.

As I am working on my inner self I am also trying to lose over 100lbs - a couple pounds at a time. Short term goal get back to 300lbs then we will go from there with the hopes of reaching the 200lb mark and a happier and healthier me.

Let's do it! 21 day detox! I am in! Gives me 2 more weeks to get back on track and then detox. Yeah! We can swap recipes and record what we eat. Now in the meantime... stay away from the goodies as much as possible. I had a stomach bug, but I am better now. But it was a rough week. So now my head is back in the game. Stay strong and don't work too hard! emoticon

thank you, and she was able to come off of the insulin drip and no more vomiting, so maybe this fixed the problems, we sure hope so!

Enjoy your visit with Donna and friends. And don't work to hard; school will be over before you know it and even when its over its not. I feel like I am constantly learning something new. School gave me a good start but I am taking webinars and learning so much.

As for food, my pants are fitting better but I have a long way to go. I am having a lot of sweet cravings... it is bad. Hopefully I will be able to fight through this week.

I love Halloween, I am transforming my library into a spooktacular space!
