im not a powerlifter. I don't workout for strength, but with size comes strength.

Personal Information:
I joined this site to support my wife wendy (mstinkerbell). together we can both reach our goals. she's a little more active on this site do to the nature of spark, being that its main target is women and weightloss. regardless I try to offer my experience and learn at the same time. feel free to contact me, I answer all sparkmail measages.

Other Information:
"The iron never lies."

“The iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But, two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.” - Henry Rollins

Thanks for checking in. Sorry it took me so long to answer. I actually gained 20 pounds during Christmas Vacation. The funny part is that I still wear the same clothes tightly. LOL About two weeks ago I got back on track and have managed to lose 7 pounds. I am not going to give up! Thanks!

Thanks for the photo comment, Jeff! I'm really looking forward to attaining that goal!

I, too, am trying to be more positive this year. Let's keep each other accountable, no? Best of luck to you, friend, and remember--you make your own luck! ;)
