My Goals:
my ultimate goal is to get to 300lbs while at 10% bodyfat. thats going to be hard, but not impossible. I hope to get there in 8 years or so.

bench press :335lbs
squat:500lbs
deadlift:425lbs


im not a powerlifter. I don't workout for strength, but with size comes strength.

Thanks for checking in on me :) I think I am doing well.. considering how badly out of shape I am. I have been doing cardio five days a week and weights for three. I am sore daily. But I gained two pounds. I am not going to worry about it... maybe the acid in my arms or water... I think it will eventually even out right? Just keep doin.... I am thinking. Anyway, I hope you and your family are having a great holiday season! emoticon emoticon

Hi Jeff, long time no talk to , thanks for checkin in on me. My training has been going pretty good, I have been working a lot lately with the holiday hours but I have been trying to get in 3 to 4 days a week for some lifting and cardio.
Been working pretty hard on getting the diet in check. I think that will be the Biggest key for me since I am not allways able to get to the gym at the moment.

I hoe all is well with you, take care and if I don't talk to you, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Nice to hear from you!! I wish I could tell you I was being consistent. I usually can either eat right or work out. I have a hard time doing them both at the same time. I find when I work out.. I am extremely hungry, and when I only eat right.. not too much occurs. So, I am trying to do them both together. I will get there. emoticon Thanks.

How are things with you? What time of day do you do your workouts? What keeps you motivated? You have done excellent on your journey!!
