Goal: Hike the Grand Canyon in 2016

Getting ready for the Spring 5% challenge!

Exercise plan --100 minutes every day:
Walk the dog 40 minutes, 5 days a week
Ride exercise bike (or real bike) 60 minutes, 2-3 days a week
Jog 2-3 miles, 2-3 times a week
Strength training with bowflex 2-3 times a week
Sparkpeople abs video -- every day!

Nutrition plan --
Big salad every day
No white flour or food out of a box
Follow Sparkpeople nutrition ...

I'm a retired music professor, married with two daughters and a dog, and we live on a river in Indiana.

I love the Lord, riding the motorcycle with my husband, hiking, good books, and gardening. I am also a volunteer Wikitree cemeterist.
