Today is day 16 again! Last time it was the start of my flaking but I think I've got it this time. If you're eating clean even 50% of the time, doing a Whole30 would be easy-peasy for you. After all it's a 30 day health experiment. At the end you add back in the things you removed one at time to "test" your body's reaction to them. I did a Whole90 last year, and I know that grass-fed dairy is not an issue for me, but the rest (grains, legumes, corn, soy) my body is much happier if I stay away from it. So I'll be going back to eating a Primal diet, when this is over. It's definitely a lifestyle choice that isn't hard to stick with. There are so many yummy paleo/primal dishes and desserts. I'm excited for you to give Tracy a try! On the team page, we have lots of links to Tracy workouts on YouTube for you to check out. But I'll warn you, her style will be an adjustment. Her Mat Workout is a great place to start. It's on YouTube, but broken up into 7 sections. The only thing better would be to buy her Method for Beginners DVD. It just came out last year, and FINALLY has all the explanations and instructions that her other workout DVDs were missing.
