My Goals:
My main goal is to be healthy. My health has declined quite a bit.

Also my husband and I might want to start trying for a baby sometime in the future and I want to be healthy for that also..

My first goal is to get to 220 pounds by September 1st 2012. (thats when we leave for our California vacation!!)

I guess my "main" goal weight would be around 160.

I want to be able to try on clothes in a regular store not plus size store. I hate clothes shopping I feel like I'm going to cry every time I do bc of how big I let myself get. And nothing it actually like FITS!!




My Program:
I dont really have a program yet. I'm at the very beginning of this journey but I've been eating healthy and count all my calories. My husband and I have been walking also. But I need to find some other fitness program to do other than just walking.

Hey! Glad you're doing the Vitality challenge with us! You were looking for recommendations for workouts - have you tried kickboxing? I'm not coordinated enough to make dancing look good but kickboxing is awesome! emoticon
