My Goals:
Ultimate Goal: Weigh 115 by Oct 2011

Intermediate Goal: Weigh 160 by Christmas 2010

Intermediate Goal: Organize the office and get the guest room cleaned out by Christmas 2010! :-)

Start training for a 5K (I'm a little nervous about this one!).

* Tracking calories
* Exercising regularly
- Walking 10 miles a week
- Integrate strength training into exercise

* Watching the Biggest Loser

Good for you! I use the program on & a podcast called Podrunner: Intervals. They have one for the Couch 25k program that corresponds w/ the one on Cool helps me not focus on how much longer until I can walk again (LOL!) but the music itself...
