SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE

Hi, I am very excited to be with Spark People. I started my journey on 1/1/2012 at 257 pounds and I'm STILL here. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I once lost 50 lbs in high school and kept it off for about 3 yrs but then it crept back on. So here I am. I want to make a lifestyle change and that is what Spark People is helping me to do. I hope I can help motivate and support other fellow Sparkers. Lets keep sparking.

Hello, here it is going into 2013 and I am still here. Granted, I lost about 40 pounds, gained back about 30. So here I go again. Just keep on pushing myself and I know this life style change will stick eventually.

2014 has arrived and I am still here. Last year was not a good year for our family. This year is going to be different because I can make it different. First change: Joined Planet Fitness and utilizing it. Second change: Log into Spark People more and utilize all the tools. Third change: ME. So let's get going and make this happen!
