I recently started a new team called ‘The 3% Challenge’ The goal is to lose 3% of your weight between holidays. (Or more or less; whatever you’re comfortable with!) The team is meant to be a fun, motivational and a supportive place to lose a little bit of weight at a time instead of focusing on the big end number. There’ll be weekly challenges; the first one will start this Monday, July 29th!
